Delivery is free for orders over 95$. And 4.90$ for standard shipping 6 - 12 day shipping in US & 5.90$ outside the US.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 6 to 12 business days in USA & Europe. 10 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order & maximum total 30 days from order date refund cost will be calculated on a case by case basis. . Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

Because we use durable upcycled materials in a strong knitted design, our machine-washable shoes or bags can fully withstand a cleaning cycle in the washer or a quick hand washing.
As for not-machine-washable shoes, we recommend gently scrubbing the uppers and soles with a clean cloth outside and inside.

The sneakers do not smell. They look good. When trying them on, the cushioning seems to be good. Comfortable. My size is 6.5 - 23.5 cm - size 37 and it fits. My foot is not wide and not very narrow - they sit tightly.
