All our products are made in Cherry Hills Village in the USA and others in Cáceres in Spain. We work with factories specializing in high-quality sneakers with over 40 years of experience.

We use 100% and also 80% rubber to make shoe soles. All of our rubber comes from rubber growing regions of Asia. In addition, we also use materials that are recyclable or have a low impact on the environment to make other parts such as shoe cushions, thick laces and shoe uppers.

This is especially recommended for fabric or suede products. If you intend to waterproof your sneakers, take the time to carefully choose a product that is suitable for its material. It's important to note that even if it's waterproof, it's best not to use your product in the rain.

We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. In the case of use in the rain, it is common that small bubbles appear on the sneaker. Those will fade naturally over time.

When you don't use your product, we recommend that you put it in its protective bag. Ideally, put some tissue paper inside the bag to maintain its original shape (like a shoe tree keep the shape of your shoes), avoid wet areas.

Yes, delivery is free in US for purchases over $99. Otherwise, delivery is $9.5.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 4 to 10 business days in USA, 7 to 10 in Europe. 10 to 20 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
