Payments are made by credit card or via Paypal.

Payments are made through the secure Stripe system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network. .

The buyer's account will be debited after validation of the order at the price of the products ordered.

At the request of the buyer, he will be sent an invoice showing the VAT.

Prices

For sales within the US & EEC, the prices appearing in the catalog are prices including VAT in US & Euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services. For sales outside the US & EEC, the prices listed in the catalog are exclusive of tax.

The company Celidior reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated include order processing costs, but not transport and delivery costs for countries outside US.

In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan US, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned.

Attention, for all products shipped outside the US and DOM-TOM, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes are likely to be required.

These rights and sums are not the responsibility of celidior.com. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies in your country.

Any request related to the tax refund and/or intra-community VAT must be made after invoicing of the product(s) referring thereto.

For all purchases made in store: if you live outside the US and overseas territories, the product purchased is exported outside of US, the invoice is sent to your residential address and you wish to benefit from a tax refund, you can a request for an export sales slip from our services. The calculated price mentioned on the invoice will be inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The goods that can be zero-rated will be those that you have purchased for your personal retail needs of a tourist nature and whose export you justify. Finally, the amount of your purchases must be greater than or equal to $175.00 (including tax) excluding postage and/or service offers and/or promotional offers.

You must request your export sales slip from our services, by telephone or by post.

You will need to provide certain supporting documents before we issue the tax refund form: legible copy of both sides of an identity document (passport, residence permit, identity card, etc.),

Following the study of these supporting documents, an export sales slip with an identifying barcode will then be published by our services and will be delivered to you in person in our store. After having your form endorsed by Customs (PABLO terminal or Customs stamp), justifying the export within 3 months of purchase and production of all the required documents, we will be able to return to you by transfer, the amount of VAT due on the product(s) concerned.

The time before shipment for processing this refund will vary between four (4) and six (6) weeks upon receipt of your complete file.

In the event of non-compliance with the conditions and/or formalities which are likely to change, we may refuse to issue the tax refund slip.

The service and/or promotional offers that we are likely to offer, as well as the contributions to the shipping costs will not benefit from any possible tax refund.

In all the hypotheses discussed, this description assumes that the product is actually shipped to the buyer's residential address.
