Details of Sneakers Production Process

The process of producing sneakers is quite complicated. Each pair of shoes goes through many steps to ensure quality before reaching the buyer.

Design!

Based on the collected data used to create design ideas. Shoe design steps may include:

1. Sketching paper designs

2. Uploading to 3D models for detailed design

3. Creating actual molds of wood, plastic or metal to modify details to fit the actual shape and size of the foot.

4. Creating flat models based on the actual molds.

Prepare Ingredients

1. Dresses are mainly made of synthetic fibers, velvet, silk, high-quality fabrics.
2. Dress sewing threads are usually made of natural or synthetic fibers such as silk, nylon, polyester.
3. The raw materials used to make dresses are strictly checked because they directly determine the quality and design of the product. Only materials that meet the standards are put into production.

Cutting, Stamping Frames, and Sewing Skirts

1. Cutting:The dressmaker will measure and cut the dress parts using a fabric cutting machine.
2. Assembling:After cutting, the dressmaker will carefully arrange and stack the parts on top of each other. The tailor will mark the locations where the holes need to be punched.
3. Sewing:In this stage, the shoemaker sews the cut parts together. Add zippers and buttons to the parts as shown in the design. Finally, the decorative details are sewn on.

Measure, select fabric and cut fabric

During the production of the dress, the fabric is carefully selected to suit the design and properties. In addition, we also choose the appropriate inner lining for the wearer's comfort. Then the fabric will be cut to suit the dress design and the cutting technology will also depend on the type of fabric, in some cases we will cut it manually by hand.

Reinforced stitching

Before completing the product, it is necessary to make sure that these parts match the design. Then, the tailor will reinforce the seams one more time to ensure that the thread does not slip or loosen. Keep the shape standard with the design and help the dress last longer.

Finished Product Quality Control

The quality inspection of finished shoes must comply with standard principles and procedures, including the following steps:
1. Packaging inspection
2. Dress inspection
3. Inspect the stitching
4. Check for correct design, errors if any
5. Inspect the accessories of the dress such as: Buttons, zippers, straps, decorative accessories...
