Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 6 to 12 business days in USA, 7 to 10 in Europe. 10 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

Care GuideBecause we use durable upcycled materials in a strong knitted design, our machine-washable shoes or bags can fully withstand a cleaning cycle in the washer or a quick hand washing.
As for not-machine-washable shoes, we recommend gently scrubbing the uppers and soles with a clean cloth outside and inside.

I liked the sneakers, they look much more expensive in reality than their price, a good box, inside the shoes there were inserts for the shape of the toes. They are small in size, they fit well, loosely, I dont like when shoes are tight. The color is beautiful, they are very comfortable, not heavy.

Made of genuine leather, only parts of suede on top. When bent, the toes are slightly strong. Overall, I left them for spring-summer. Brown shoes are very trendy now.
