As for not-machine-washable shoes, we recommend gently scrubbing the uppers and soles with a clean cloth outside and inside.

My foot is wide and has a high instep. I bought them exactly according to the size chart (size 36, although with a wide foot I always buy winter shoes 1-2 sizes larger, but these ones fit exactly) - my foot fits, the boot sits tightly, but does not press.
