- Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 6 to 12 business days in USA & Europe. 10 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
- You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order & maximum total 30 days from order date refund cost will be calculated on a case by case basis. . Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

Care GuideBecause we use durable upcycled materials in a strong knitted design, our machine-washable dress can fully withstand a cleaning cycle in the washer or a quick hand washing.
As for not-machine-washable dress, we recommend gently scrubbing the uppers and soles with a clean cloth outside and inside.
