You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

Care GuideBecause we use durable upcycled materials in a strong knitted design, our machine-washable dress can fully withstand a cleaning cycle in the washer or a quick hand washing.
As for not-machine-washable dress, we recommend gently scrubbing the uppers and soles with a clean cloth outside and inside.

During the time of wearing, the quality of the dress did not deteriorate, there are no protruding threads, no pellets, everything is perfect. Many write that the dress is "like a sack", "like a hippopotamus", I was also upset when I first took the dress in my hands, it seems huge until you put it on. If I had not been forced to try it on, I most likely would not have taken it either, but when I tried it on, tightened everything as needed - I fell in love with this dress.
Stunning dress just unfortunate that the placement of the WHITE tag on this black dress is very visible from the slit in the dress and not easily removed. Other then that it’s a beautiful dress.
